Okay, so I believe that everybody who lives on the planet earth is very aware of the fact that NOBODY USES THE PHONE BOOK ANYMORE.
Did I just yell that out loud? You’ll have to excuse me for being so forward but I get a bit frustrated when I hear about people who still pay to have their security ads placed in the yellow pages. I don’t know how people stay in such an archaic frame of mental living space, however, they must be literally residing under a very large boulder if they have not heard that the internet is the new yellow pages……………multiplied by a trillion!

Well, as stated above, the most obviously clear answer to this question is the internet. You must assume that if someone is even searching for an electronic security system for their home, they are probably familiar with technology. If they are familiar with technology, then they are probably going to use the internet to search for security ads.

Now that we have established that people are searching online for security ads and NOT in the phone books, we must discover where on the internet these people are searching.
This brings me to my next topic of discussion; search engines.

Now that you have the key, you will need to locate a person or company that is capable of getting your security ads and website to the top of these search engines.
They will usually be skilled in internet marketing and web design with an uncanny ability to mold there plan of attack to fit your business mold.
